Returning goods to the Seller is allowed provided that the goods are in the same condition as received (with all attached labels and seals intact, not torn and/or removed), and have not been treated with any substances (perfumes, detergents, etc.), soiled, damaged, or used.
To avoid any doubts, the Buyer has the right to return the goods no later than the 14-day period, which starts from the date of receipt of the Order, as stipulated by the Consumer Protection Act.
The conditions and deadlines for returning goods are in accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act.
Courier costs for returning an order to MDL Luxury are the responsibility of the Buyer.

The Seller is obliged to provide the Buyer with the standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal according to Appendix № 6, which can be downloaded from this link.
The Buyer has no right to return swimsuits, underwear, jewelry, or glasses. The Seller reserves the right not to accept the return of these items and not to refund the amount paid by the Client under Art. 57 of the Consumer Protection Act. To avoid any doubts – if the Client returns swimsuits, underwear, jewelry, or glasses, the Seller is obliged to return the goods to the Buyer, with shipping costs borne by the latter.
In connection with returning goods to the Seller, the Client must follow the procedure below and provide information:
- Completed proforma invoice;
- Original receipt of the returned item;
- Preferred method of resolution for the return (exchange of goods, issuance of an electronic voucher for the value of the returned goods, refund);
- Bank account details to which the Buyer wishes the refunded amount to be transferred.
The return of goods from the Buyer to the Seller is carried out by sending the goods via Courier to the address:

Refund of Paid Amount
In case of order cancellation, the refund of the amount paid by the Buyer is carried out by the Seller exclusively by bank transfer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the order was placed.
The Seller is obliged to refund the amount paid by the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Buyer’s request for return of goods is submitted, providing a document confirming the return of the goods to the Seller.
If the order was paid by card through the Website’s Virtual POS terminal, the amount will be refunded to the card used for payment.
If the order was paid by cash on delivery, the amount will be refunded to the personal bank account provided by the Client in Bulgarian lev.
In this regard, the Seller is not responsible for an incorrectly provided bank account. The Seller’s responsibility to refund an amount for a cancelled order ends once the bank transfer to the account provided by the Client has been made.
In cases where the Buyer has requested an invoice for a legal entity, the latter receives a Credit Note from the Seller on the day the refund is made.
